This film was water damaged. The web-like bacteria growth inside the film cannot be concealed by our wetgate system as shown by this split screen demonstration. The camera lens was unfortunately soft when compared to the majority of the films from Mr. Broussard
Ulla Thompson brought this gorgeous super8 Kodachrome film to us in plastic bins. It had been soaked in a flood so she took the film off their reels and hung it out to dry. You can still see some water damage, but the finished transfer is still very sharp and colorful.
